Designed for working professionals or students and their pets! 30 minute visits include walks or outside play breaks for exercise and fresh air, rain or shine! For dogs of all activity levels. During each visit we make sure your pet has fresh water, food and/or treats. We also take extra time for play and affection...to ensure your pet is happy and relaxed.

The Delighted Dog will be happy to take care of your pets, in the comfort of your own home while you are away on vacation or for business travel. We will make sure that your pets are getting the exercise, care, fun and attention that they need. All vacation visits from The Delighted Dog include:

Walks, Exercise and playtime

Replenish food & water

Clean-up after your pets

Administer medication (if necessary)

Water your plants

Bring in mail & newspapers

Trash out to the street

Daily pet log

Alternate blinds and lights to give your home the "lived-in" look

Overnight Stay

If you would prefer us to stay overnight with your pet, we will arrive at 7p.m. and stay until 7a.m. the next morning. We'll also return later that same day for a mid-day walk or visit for an additional $20.

Pet Taxi

Our personal pet taxi service is offered daily for both dogs and cats. This service can be used to safely transport your pets between your home and the pet's grooming or veterinary appointments.

Our vacation visits are more inclusive than ever! You now have the added flexibility to include walks at no additional cost to any or all of your vacation visits. Your dog(s) are going to love it! Our custom scheduling is designed with your pets routine in mind...once, twice or three times a day. Our most popular vaction schedule includes an early morning visit (7am), a mid-day visit (Noon) and an evening visit (7pm).

You'll notice all of our weekday mid-day breaks are available for purchase in pre-paid packages of 10, 15 or 20. This allows you the ultimate in flexibility and savings. You are free to schedule your mid-day breaks once a week, every day (M-F) or any combination in between! You won't ever have to worry about making changes to your monthly account for holidays or days off. Simply use them when you need them and we'll remind you when it's time to add more visits.

A one-time fee will be added to reservations including the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day

Our vacation siiting availability calendar is designed to help everyone plan days, weeks or even months in advance. Now you can see instantly if we are available for that weekend trip or holiday vacation you're planning! If we happen to be unavailable for the dates you are interested in...we sincerely hope you'll keep us in mind for future plans. However, you may want to visit PSI or NAPPS to locate an alternate qualified sitter in your area. As always, we will do our very best to help in unforseen situtations, so please don't hesitate to call.
